itracks Adds Video Recorder Interface to GO

Canadian qual software provider itracks has upgraded its GO research platform with the addition of a video recorder interface and other new features.

GO provides a single interface to the itracks tools Chat, VideoChat, Board, IDI, iMarkIt and Communities. It is also home to the firm's VideoVault, through which multimedia files from traditional and online focus groups and interviews can be uploaded, and then tagged and exported as highlights reels. The latest version of GO includes single sign-on to access research activities and data, project management efficiencies, security features, and advanced video data collection and management capabilities.
