Self-Service MR Product Platform Rolls Out
In the UK, iCube Marketing founders Chris Horne and Mike Heisig have launched an online self-service MR platform called researchengine.org, offering users access to 'ready to use' products which deliver insights at speed.
The new platform will cover a range of products for communications, testing, branding, pricing, innovation, customer experience, segmentation and behavioural science. According to the founders, the service will deliver insights 'in hours or days rather than weeks and months - at price levels which make research more affordable'.
Users can choose whether they want to run the fieldwork/data collection for the project themselves, or whether they want the firm's team to handle it. The team will also recommend the correct sample size to provide representative results, and the best data collection method. Heisig comments: 'One day all research will look like this. We can even create customised versions of the online products just for individual clients to use'.
