LivingLens Video Analysis Added to Qualtrics Platform
UK-based video data mining specialist LivingLens has partnered with Qualtrics to make its video capture and analysis available on the latter's Experience Management Platform.
The platform allows clients to monitor, respond to and improve customer interactions and incorporate customer feedback into every decision; while LivingLens' app allows consumers to capture, edit and share videos, with resulting content analysed using software that intelligently searches every spoken word captured 'in any video, in any language'. Quant data from Qualtrics' platform will now be merged with data extracted from video responses powered by LivingLens, providing what the firms call the 'holy grail' of research and customer experience programs, matching the 'what' from quantitative data to the 'why' from qualitative video data.
Commenting on the deal, Carl Wong (pictured), CEO at LivingLens, said: 'This is further endorsement that the video analytics industry is moving at pace. It is now not just about the value that video brings for insight storytelling, but also the value in treating video as a true data set'.
