Behavior Modification Firm OfferCraft Expands to Asia
Las Vegas-based OfferCraft, which provides artificial intelligence-driven behavior modification and develops gamification software, is expanding into Asia.
The firm's patent-pending software, which uses psychology, behavioral economics and decision science, will now be available across Asia. The AI tools have been developed to help companies attract new customers, improve satisfaction and increase employee engagement. Used by casinos, hotels, media companies, energy companies, hospitals, retailers and other groups, the tools are able to personalize those offers, coupons and rewards that are initially ignored by the recipient. For instance, if an incentive fails to motivate someone when it's first viewed, that reward will then be converted into a more tailored offer containing 'playful' game elements.
OfferCraft then reports on exactly which combinations of games, rewards and rules work best. The system becomes increasingly intelligent the more it's used, and it eventually begins to make recommendations about how to optimize outreach to target audiences. Reports and usage data may be viewed in the firm's system or exported to a client's data warehouse.
CEO Aron Ezra (pictured) says the firm is thrilled about its Asian debut, and comments: 'When you compare a traditional static offer to one of our OfferCraft-powered incentives that can think and evolve in hundreds of different ways, you quickly realize that it's impossible for a conventional offer to perform as well'.
