GlobaLexicon Expands and Relocates in Seville
MR language and translation specialist GlobaLexicon has relocated its Seville-based European Operations Centre to larger offices, following a recent recruitment drive.
Founded by former Research International exec Daniela Toledo in 2004, GlobaLexicon's team includes project managers and trained linguists who conduct qual and quant research translation, while the firm also offers solutions for coding and content analysis. As well as Seville, the company is based in Camden, London, with additional operations in Nuremberg, Germany; Antwerp, Belgium; and Tacoma, WA, USA.
Since the start of the year, the team in Spain has more than doubled in size, through the recruitment of specialist linguists, quality assurance professionals, and project managers, as well as several interns. To support this growth, the team has relocated to a larger office in Seville's first skyscraper, the Torres de los Remedios. Commenting on the move, Toledo said that the expansion will enable her firm to provide additional coverage for its clients, and build additional scale across the project lifecycle.
