AgilOne Launches Customer Data and Engagement Hub
California-based predictive marketing firm AgilOne has launched a Customer Data and Engagement Hub, through which marketers can create a single customer profile, apply predictive intelligence to customer data, and run omni-channel personalization initiatives.
The new hub is available through the Oracle Cloud Marketplace, with personalization delivered through Oracle's Responsys marketing automation product. Its single customer profile enables users to integrate data from online and off-line sources into one profile that can then be used for all marketing initiatives. The hub also applies machine learning to help understand customer segments.
