Former TLE Global CEO Joins Monitor Deloitte

Andy Bateman, former Global CEO of The Leading Edge (TLE), has joined business transformation consulting practice Monitor Deloitte as National Lead Partner for Innovation Strategy.

The practice covers areas including strategy, innovation, organization and leadership, economic development and security, and marketing and pricing. Bateman (pictured) joins after running his own boutique strategy firm Everyone for the past year, before which he worked for telecoms giant Telstra as Director of Segment Marketing, and was Worldwide CEO of The Leading Edge, in charge of a team of strategy and research professionals in the US, Brazil, the UK, Singapore, India and Australia. Earlier, he was CEO of Interbrand New York, and he held senior roles at McCann, Publicis and J. Walter Thompson.

In his new role, Bateman will work closely with Monitor Deloitte Lead Partner Jeremy Drumm, who comments: 'Andy is perfectly placed to spearhead the continued growth of our Innovation Strategy practice in Australia'.
