Morar and HPI Merged
UK-based marcoms business Next15 is merging its two research brands, Morar Consulting and HPI. The new Morar HPI will employ around 60 people and will be headed up by Julian Dailly as Managing Director.
Next15 acquired Morar early last year, followed by an 85% stake in London-based brand and communication specialist HPI Research in November. The new company combines research, data, tech and strategic thinking capabilities and will operate out of newly refurbished offices in Bermondsey Street, London. It will retain the identities of two specialist brands, Cardinal and Envirosell, and says a new suite of products is due for launch 'shortly'.
Dailly (pictured) says of the decision: 'Together we are able to deliver a much stronger service; combining data, technology and strategic thinking to support businesses and brands as they move at speed through today's multi-dimensional world. We are fulfilling our ambition of being a world class insights business'.
The Next15 Group employs more than 1,350 people across 32 offices in 14 countries, via a total of seventeen subsidiary companies covering areas from digital content creation to PR and public affairs.
