InCrowd's MicroTracker Goes Global
US healthcare researcher InCrowd has launched Global MicroTracker, an expanded version of its automated market monitoring solution for life science and pharmaceutical brands.
The company offers a platform to connect pharma, medical device and life sciences firms with 'crowds' of screened and targeted healthcare professionals. Last year, it launched a tool called MicroTracker, providing an automated approach to life science tracking studies which monitors trends in brand perceptions of healthcare prescribers and consumers. Its new tool is built on MicroTracker, and provides a way to track metrics using a representative global healthcare sample.
CEO and co-founder Janet Kosloff (pictured) explains: 'We're seeing more of our clients with brands operating in highly competitive markets needing greater speed-to-insight, particularly for post-launch market visibility. In a volatile market, a brand's success often comes down to its speed to react to change. Since we launched our MicroTracker a year ago domestically, we've had several clients looking for us to also support their brands abroad. Global MicroTracker lets us do that'.
