NelsonHall Names Head of Insurance / Healthcare BPS Arm

In the US, global analyst firm NelsonHall has appointed Suri Nair as Principal Research Analyst in charge of its Insurance & Healthcare BPS research practice.

Founded in 1998 and headquartered in the UK, NelsonHall specialises in business process outsourcing (BPO) and sector analysis of the outsourcing market. Nair (pictured) joins with more than fifteen years' experience of the global insurance industry, in business strategy, planning, product and project management, and BPO. Most recently he was an insurance adviser for start-ups in San Francisco, New York and Dubai; and previously he spent fifteen years at Blue Shield of California, on cross functional teams in product management and engineering. Earlier, he held product management roles at insurance start-ups Rivio and Insweb.

In his new position, Nair will work on services in life and annuities, property and casualty, healthcare payer, and healthcare provider BPS.
