ALG Research Opens Boston Office
US public opinion specialist ALG Research has opened an office in Boston, MA - its sixth location - led by existing Partner Matt Hogan.
ALG Research, which was formed in 2013 following the merger of Anzalone Liszt Research (ALR) with Democratic pollster Grove Insight, specializes in message development and strategic consulting. The firm's list of clients has included former President Obama, and it claims to have a long record of electing Democrats in tough states and districts, helping to win more Republican-held Congressional seats than any other polling firm.
The new office adds to existing operations in Washington DC, New York, Chicago, Honolulu and Montgomery, AL. Hogan (pictured), who joined the firm in 2009, has polled for the Democratic nominee in the past four US presidential elections, including for President Obama in the key states of Florida, Virginia, Nevada and North Carolina for his 2012 re-election campaign. He has also polled for the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee (DSCC), the Democratic Governors Association (DGA), candidates at all levels of government from Mayor to US Senate, and for advocacy work on a wide range of issues.
