Sparq Platform Adds AI Apps and Content Sharing

Canada-based communities and research technology specialist Vision Critical has expanded its Sparq 3 customer intelligence platform, with the addition of new features such as artificial intelligence (AI) apps to optimize engagement and an enterprise-grade content sharing platform.

Sparq allows clients to conduct all their online research through one platform; from visual surveys to custom panels and private communities. Earlier this year, the firm added a feature called 'Relationship Memory', which connects existing customer data with intelligence collected from insight communities. The platform now offers access to a proprietary suite of AI apps powered by Relationship Memory called Customer Relationship Intelligence Science (CRIS), through which to review community activities and offer recommendations for 'fine-tuning' activities within Sparq.

In addition, a new add-on to the Sparq 3 platform enables customers to reach their community members through Facebook Messenger or WeChat. Sparq can also be deployed through third-party integrations with survey and data insights platform SurveyGizmo and machine learning and natural language processing MR software Remesh. New features also include 'Connected Communities', enabling organizations to manage insight communities across multiple functions and locations; 'Member Hubs', simplifying the process for curating and sharing insight and other content with community members; and 'Sparq Share', to curate and distribute insight across the organization.
