Critical Mix Launches Insight Collaboration Tool CMIX
US-based sampling and data collection provider Critical Mix has launched a service called CMIX, offering a collaborative method for creating insights for business decisions.
Previously known as reinvention, Critical Mix was launched in 2012 by Greenfield Online veterans Hugh Davis and Keith Price. In 2013, it bought SurveyMonkey's ZoomPanel community, which it has since combined with its own online panel sample in the US, UK, France, Canada and Australia.
The new CMIX service combines survey technology with customer service, providing users with access to survey programming and management, global target audiences, and interactive data visualization in one platform. The tool allows users to program and manage surveys on their own, share tasks with team members, or use Critical Mix's team of programmers. Erinn Taylor, Chief Product Officer, says the API-driven CMIX has been designed with a focus on an intuitive user interface to simplify the end-to-end process of collecting data to create insights.
Price says of the launch: 'The addition of CMIX to our service portfolio continues to deliver on our promise to simplify the creation of insights. As our customers demand more flexibility in how they acquire data for marketing intelligence, CMIX provides unique collaboration opportunities that can leverage expertise across the organization and among teams'.
