Accenture Names Predictive Analytics Leader
Global management consultancy Accenture has appointed Nikki Mendonça as President of Intelligent Marketing Operations, managing a team which will use predictive analytics to help clients target and attract the right kind of customers across marketing channels.
The Intelligent Marketing Operations team will work with colleagues from across Accenture, using insights, artificial intelligence capabilities, and industry expertise to help clients define the user experience. Mendonça (pictured) joins with 25 years of strategic marketing experience. Most recently, she worked at Omnicom-owned OMD Worldwide as President of the EMEA region, with responsibility for more than 6,500 marketing professionals. Previously, she held management roles at Capital Radio and Leo Burnett.
