Future Thinking Hires Wagstaff for Director Role

London-based agency Future Thinking has appointed Michael Wagstaff as Director of Client Servicing.

The firm's head office sits between Southwark and Borough Market, and it also has offices in Oxford, High Wycombe, Paris and Dubai. Wagstaff (pictured) joins after a brief stint as MD of full service agency Cambridge Market Research. Prior to this, he spent a decade at YouGov, serving as Head of Public Sector Consulting before his promotion to Head of Research in 2012. Earlier, he worked in IFF Research's Public Sector Policy practice, and was a Director at social research consultancy Spark Partnership.

In his new role, Wagstaff is responsible for research delivery and client servicing across the UK.
