Stephan Sigaud Joins Canada's Phase 5
In Canada, research firm Phase 5 has appointed former TNS exec Stephan Sigaud as EVP of Marketing and Development, responsible for leading the company's global growth strategy.
Founded in 1991, Phase 5 offers a full range of qual and quant research capabilities to help clients identify opportunities; develop, prototype and launch solutions; and maintain customer satisfaction and engagement. Sigaud (pictured) joins with more than 30 years' market research industry experience. Most recently, he worked for Kantar TNS Canada as Head of the Marketing and Business Development team, before which he was TNS Customer Experience practice head in North America. During his career, he has also held senior roles at Harris Interactive and Northstar Research Partners, and he set up the US operations of European research-based consulting firm IDSI, which he later bought and then sold to custom business research agency Find/SVP (now known as Guideline).
In his new role, Sigaud is responsible for expanding Phase 5's brand and its suite of offerings, and developing relationships with new clients.
