New Freshworks Site Tools Include Polls, A/B Testing
Business software firm Freshworks has launched Freshmarketer, a suite of tools focused on optimizing web site conversions and including capabilities for A/B testing, heatmaps, polling / feedback and personalization.
The launch follows Freshworks' recent acquisition of India-based marketing software startup Zarget, whose own Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) tools form the basis of the new product. Freshmarketer's tools provide user metrics and data-driven insights, and allow content personalization for different user segments with 'just a few clicks'.
Freshmarketer joins business tools Freshdesk, Freshservice, Freshsales, Freshcaller, Freshteam and Freshchat. CEO and co-founder Girish Mathrubootham comments: 'Companies spend a lot of marketing dollars to develop better methods of engaging with prospective customers. Understanding customer behaviour and marketing play a big role in delivering the best possible experience. Freshmarketer will help marketers make informed decisions on their online properties without the need for deep technical resources or large budgets'.
VC-backed Freshworks was founded in October 2010 and has its global HQ in San Bruno, California, with offices in India, the UK, Australia and Germany. Web site: www.freshworks.com .
