Behavioural Architects Build and Plan
UK-based behavioural economics specialist The Behavioural Architects has announced 'four new significant hires' and says it has 'big plans for further expansion in 2018'.
Launched in 2011, the company has offices in London, Oxford, Shanghai and Sydney.
Hywel Reed and Katrina Skwarek join from Flamingo as Director and Associate Director respectively. Reed was a Senior Director and Business Unit Lead for three and a half years, and focuses on cross-cultural brand strategy and insight. Skwarek worked across FMCG, alcohol and healthcare clients at Flamingo and is also experienced in developing social strategies for global brands, charities and foundations.
Camilla Cooper joins from UK qual agency Acacia Avenue, also as an Associate Director, and is a previous winner of the AQR Prosper Riley Smith award, with experience in understanding and changing human behaviour. Monica Vakil-Dewar joins as International Project Manager, from Red Lantern Strategy in Brooklyn, NY, where as Project & Operations Manager she led projects across the financial service, media and retail sectors.
Co-founders and former Futures Company execs Crawford Hollingworth, Sian Davies and Sarah Davies said in a statement: 'We are privileged to have these extremely talented individuals choosing The Behavioural Architects.
