Upinion Adds Facebook Messenger Feature
Amsterdam-based software company Upinion has added a feature to its platform, allowing market research through Facebook Messenger's chat facility.
The firm's existing Messenger app facilitates 'ongoing survey conversations' between brands and their customers, employees and stakeholders. The new feature integrates questions into Facebook Messenger, allowing clients to invite anyone to a conversation on their Facebook page; which the firm says minimises barriers to respondents. It includes brand customization and quick deployment with a multi-device interface, supported by analytics.
Mo Ouass (pictured), co-founder of Upinion, comments: 'There are more than 1.2 billion users on Facebook Messenger. It's where people have conversations with friends and family daily. We saw this as an opportunity to help our clients engage with their respondents in their natural social habitat to find ongoing authentic insights for everyday decision making'.
The firm, which also has offices in the UK and USA, is online at: www.upinion.com .
