Survey Software Firm Merlinco Expands Support Team

UK survey software firm Merlinco has promoted Mark Syrett to Associate Director, while DP specialist Reeta Ramdoss joins the company from Bryter Research.

Launched in 1991, Merlinco develops and supports a range of software packages used for survey design, data collection and analysis. In addition, its Production Department offers a range of services including coding and data entry, survey management, web surveys, analysis, and file exports. In addition, the firm can provide training courses - standard, or tailored to client needs.

Syrett joined in 2006 as Support Executive, and moved into the role of IT Manager in 2015, before his recent promotion to IT Director with responsibility for the firm's web site and IT services. Ramdoss joins after more than a year as DP Manager at Bryter, where she set up a new DP department. She previously spent nearly eight years at data collection agency Perspective Research Services, latterly as Senior DP Executive, and earlier she worked for Fieldwork International and GfK NOP.
