Hispanicize Buys Stake in Latino Targeting Firm
In the US, Hispanicize Media Group (HMG) has acquired a 'significant stake' in Megan Media, whose Athena Prime AI platform uses machine learning to target relevant Latino audiences. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Following the investment, HMG will use Megan Media's analysis and automation technologies to reach larger US Latino and multicultural audiences with branded content from its network of micro influencers, celebrities and publishers. This technology also automatically discovers and analyzes a publisher's content and promotes it across social media channels to drive audience growth, including video views and engagement.
