emnos Debuts Category Diagnostic Solution
In Germany, retail analytics and shopper insights firm emnos has launched a diagnostic solution called emnosNavigator, to help retail category managers uncover the root cause of unusual category movements.
emnos - which is part of American Express subsidiary Loyalty Partner Group - analyses customer and transaction data to help retailers understand their requirements, personalise marketing and optimise category management. Its HQ is in Munich, with other offices in London, Paris, Madrid, Warsaw and Chicago.
The new emnosNavigator has been introduced to perform analyses when unusual category movements are spotted.
