Network Research Hires for New Head of Qual Role
In London, Network Research has hired Jane Buswell for the newly created role of Head of Qualitative.
Network also has offices in Bristol and Edinburgh, and offers in-house skills and facilities including three CATI call centres, quant and qual expertise, and online software. Two years ago, the firm launched a knowledge management tool called Fabric, to help companies better engage with customers, interpret behaviour, and plan actions customised to their business needs.
Buswell (pictured) was previously Research Director at Hall & Partners, leading a team of ten, and a strategic project on social media listening across the business. Prior to this, she was Insight Director at Opinion Leader, part of Chime Insight and Engagement, and Head of Insights at influencer relationship management software firm Onalytica.
Commenting on the appointment, CEO Virginia Monk said: 'We are delighted that Jane has joined us as Network grows. Her experience in some of our key sectors will add greater depth to our existing qualitative offering, particularly in ethnography and online techniques. Jane also brings the opportunity for us to further develop our expertise in social listening'.
