Three New Hires for MFour
US-based mobile-first research tech company MFour has announced three appointments - Kristin Caiella, Vanessa Hernandez and Dorian Smiley - respectively strengthening its sales, operations and software development teams.
 The firm continues to expand rapidly - six months ago it took the entire seventh floor of its current Newport Beach Gateway office, increasing its floor space from 14,000 to 22,000 square feet; and soon after it opened a first satellite branch in Scottsdale, Arizona. In the autumn, it grew its senior team with the appointments of tech veteran Andreas Sautter as Director of Client Services, and former Instantly director Carl Nielson as Senior Solutions Executive.
In the latest round of appointments, Caiella joins as a Solutions Executive, with a remit to educate researchers about the company's products and services. She brings more than five years' research experience, most recently from Cint where she was Director of Client Development. She earned a Master's degree in Applied Psychology from the University of Southern California, and a Bachelor's in Psychology and Health Science from the State University of New York, Brockport.
Hernandez joins the Operations team as a Fielding Expert - her duties include checking that questionnaires will provide a good panelist experience. As a student researcher at the University of California, Irvine, she earned two degrees - a Master's in Social Sciences (concentration in Demographic and Social Analysis), and a Bachelor's in Chicano/Latino Studies.
Smiley brings more than 15 years of engineering experience to his new role as a Software Architect. He joins from Silicon Publishing, Inc., where he was a Senior Architect working on solutions for the likes of Adobe, Amazon, Disney and Hallmark. An alumnus of Orange Coast College and Cal State University, Long Beach, he will now work on projects in engineering and product development.
