FocusVision to Rebrand, Integrate Offer
Insight technology provider FocusVision is rebranding, and aims to integrating its collection of tools into a single offering.
Established in 1992 as a pioneer of live-stream focus groups, the company has made a large number of acquisitions in the last five years: MR video streaming firm ActiveGroup in 2013; research tool developer Revelation Global the following year; quant MR tech firm Decipher in January 2015, closely followed by Research Reporter developer Insight Marketing Systems; video research solutions provider Qualvu and its qual intelligence platform 24Tru at the end of that year; and shortly after, online panel management software firm Kinesis Survey Technologies.
Its tools now allow clients to gather, analyze and share data for customer satisfaction surveys, brand tracking, focus groups, online communities, communications testing, segmentation, NPS and product testing, among other activities; and the firm has more than 400 employees in offices in the US, UK, Bulgaria and Singapore.
FocusVision says one the integration is complete, clients will see benefits in efficiency and speed at scale and will get a more complete picture by comparing a number of different projects in one place, regardless of methodology or tool used. Users will also be able to 'communicate seamlessly and globally on projects, and manage, analyze and report findings with full data security'.
FocusVision CEO Zlatko Vucetic (picture) comments: 'Currently we have the most comprehensive range of world-class tools available for the collection, analysis and dissemination of data. So, we are in a unique position to become the single source platform for behavioral, qualitative and survey data. We are now investing significantly to create this'. Vucetic says existing functionality will also be enhanced with new developments from across the product suite.
