Innovid Unveils In-App Video Audience Measures
In New York, online video analytics tech developer Innovid has launched new features to help brands reach, measure and engage 'mobile first' audiences. This includes a solution to measure mobile in-app video viewability, while providing support for personalization.
Innovid offers MRC-accredited tools to create, deliver and measure video campaigns, providing real-time insight into ad viewability, engagement, awareness and social media sharing. In December, the firm acquired real-time data company Taykey, to enable it to offer new insights into the impact of contextual relevance on video engagement.
Innovid says its latest tools - launched in partnership with mobile ad firms Fyber, InMobi and MoPub - will enable marketers to measure and engage in-app audiences on a much larger scale than previously possible. Michael Tuminello (pictured), Innovid's VP of Solutions and Partnerships, explains: 'The rollout of standardized in-app viewability, and now the availability of a standardized format for delivering dynamic and engaging messages alongside mobile video, should help to close the gap between brands and audiences in the programmatic mobile video space. We are partnering with some of the largest and most innovative mobile advertising companies to kick start what we hope will be an industry-wide effort to support transparency and engagement at scale for mobile video'.
