MC Lai Named Kantar Malaysia CEO
Kantar Malaysia has promoted MC Lai to the role of Chief Executive Officer, leading the combined divisions of Kantar TNS and Kantar Millward Brown, alongside his current role as MD of TNS. He succeeds Tim Kelsall, who will now focus on his broader role as Regional Chief Client Officer.
 Lai (pictured) joined the group twenty years ago as Research Manager of TNS Malaysia. He was promoted to his MD role in 2015, having previously been the firm's Regional Qualitative Director and Director of Client Service for TNS Research International. Kelsall, whom he replaces, has worked for the group for more than twenty years, and had been in his previous role for two.
