FlexMR Promotes Four and Hires Six

In the UK, online research specialist FlexMR has promoted Dorota Rewinska to Chief Research Officer, Amy Eborall to Head of Research and Insight, Iulia Ghindeanu to Senior Research Associate, and Neil Bartley to CTO. The firm has also appointed six new members of staff.

Headquartered in the Lake District, with an additional office in the US, FlexMR was launched by research company Intersperience in 2013, and offers a fully integrated qual and quant SaaS online and mobile research platform, and a multi-language software product supported by its insight professionals.

After beginning her career at Intersperience, Rewinska moved to FlexMR in 2013 as Insight Manager, and most recently served as the firm's Head of Research and Insight. In her new position, she will assume overall responsibility for client services, research and insight, and insight innovation. Eborall, who also began her MR career at Intersperience, joined the firm in 2013 as an SRA, and most recently served as Insight Manager. She now takes over from Rewinska, overseeing research for the company's DIY, bespoke, community and panel clients.

Ghindeanu has been with the firm for the past eighteen months, initially joining as a Research Associate, responsible for end-to-end management of research projects. Former FlexMR Senior Developer Bartley has been with the company since summer 2016, and has been developed its SaaS MR platform, which offers access to seventeen DIY research tools. With nearly two decades' experience in the field, he will now head the Software Development department, and lead a team which has tripled in size during the last twelve months. New Developers in the team are Eligijus Petkus, Brian Crocker, Robert Newbould and Nana Akwah.

In addition, Patrick Foley and Freddie Blackburn join as Research Associates with a BA in Business Administration and Management and BSc in Psychology respectively.
