The Leading Edge Named As Top Ten Employer
Australian research consultancy The Leading Edge has become the first research company to be named in the top ten Australian Communications employers, in the benchmark B&T Weekly magazine 'Stop Gap' Employer of the Year Survey 2003.
The survey is anonymous and attracted responses from over 1100 individual employees from over 175 different advertising and marketing companies across Australia. The Leading Edge was the third highest ranked of all marketing agencies and was the top ten's sole independent business with no international or operational ties.
The company was founded in 1990 and recently won the award for Excellence in People Management (small enterprise) at the AHRI (Australian Human Resources Institute) 2002 Convention. It will also be fronting the forthcoming Market Research Society of Australia (MRSA) Conference 2003 with a key speech on human capital.
