Issues & Answers Opens Call Center in Texas

In the US, MR company Issues & Answers Network (I&A) is opening a 75 CATI station call center facility in San Marcos, Texas.

I&A conducts opinion surveys for US and global corporations, with services ranging from survey and sampling design, in-house data collection and project management, through to analysis and interpretation. The firm employs 50 full-time research professionals and more than 500 part-time staff at its existing call centers in Virginia Beach, VA; Connersville, IN; Escanaba, MI; Iron Mountain, MI; and Grundy, VA, and also conducts online, mail, qual and quant research in the US and worldwide.
