B2B Specialist Ducker Worldwide Acquired by FSG

In the US, business-to-business consulting and research firm Ducker Worldwide has been acquired by Frontier Strategy Group (FSG), which provides advisory services, data and market intelligence. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Founded by William H. Ducker in 1961, Ducker Worldwide offers custom market intelligence, strategic consulting and transaction advisory services from its headquarters in Detroit, Michigan, and offices in Bangalore, Berlin, London, Paris and Shanghai. Following the buy, each company will continue to operate under its own brand, under the auspices of Ducker FSG Holdings, LLC, a new holding company based in Washington, DC. The latter will manage the combined firms and offer data and analytics spanning the B2B, healthcare, consumer and private equity industries. The holding company will be led by FSG CEO Richard Leggett, while Ducker Worldwide CEO Joanne Ulnick will lead its Global Consulting practice.
