MRS To Offer Training Taster Sessions

The Market Research Society will be showcasing its training courses and professional development qualifications at the Insight Show in London in November, under the banner of the 'MRS Academy'. Visitors will be able to get a taste of some of the more popular training courses available, from a series of thirty-minute presentations.

The Academy will cover topics including: online research; questionnaire design; interviewing and moderating skills; projective techniques; how to get qualified in market research; how to conduct research amongst children and teenagers; and brand research. Speakers hosting the sessions include:
  • Nicki Karet, Managing Director and Abby Jones, Consultant, Sherbert Research
  • Debrah Harding, Director, Standards and Policy, The Market Research Society
  • Pete Comley, Managing Director, Virtual Surveys Ltd
  • Joanne Chrzanowska, Director, Genesis Consulting
  • Ken Parker, Managing Director, Discovery Research
  • Karen Adams, Professional Development Manager, The Market Research Society
  • Professor Leslie de Chernatony, Professor of Brand Marketing, University of Birmingham
  • Mo Ressler, Research Director, Mo Ressler Associates

Visitors can attend training sessions free of charge and will receive a £50 voucher redeemable against one of the training courses detailed in the 2004 MRS training programme and in the training section on www.mrs.org.uk .
