In the US, former Hall & Partners Managing Partner Kim Lundgren has joined research consultancy Greenberg Strategy as Managing Director, while former Penn Schoen Berland (PSB) MD Jenessa Hunter has joined as Vice President, Strategic Planning.
Founded in 1992 and based in Emeryville, CA, the firm employs strategists, designers and researchers to provide customised strategic consultancy. Lundgren has more than 25 years' industry experience: she previously held senior strategy roles at Accenture, FCB and Interbrand, ran the NY and Chicago offices of Hall & Partners. She was also a member of the marketing teams that launched travel fare aggregator web site Orbitz, and served as Manager, Digital Marketing at home furnishings retailer Crate & Barrel.
Commenting on the appointment, CEO and founder Andrew Greenberg said: 'Kim is a fantastic addition to our team. She brings a breadth of experience that will catalyze new thinking and ideas at Greenberg. Her business intelligence and knowledge of customer strategies will be a dynamic force for our client and partners'.
Hunter spent a decade at PSB - initially as a Senior Analyst, creating surveys and managing fieldwork, and for the last four years as MD, leading the HQ office of 25 strategists, managing major client accounts, and overseeing initiatives to improve internal operations and employee engagement.
Steve Ingledew, SVP, Strategic Planning, says Hunter 'possesses a unique combination of research skills, business & brand savvy, authenticity and entrepreneurial spirit, all of which will add great value to our stakeholder engagements'.
