Senior Appointments for Further
Online MR and technology company Further, until recently known as Dub, has promoted Rhiannon James to Managing Director and appointed former Firefish and Vision Critical exec Heather Williams as Business Development Director.
 James joined the company in autumn 2016 as Strategy & Innovation Director, with more than fourteen years' experience in developing and implementing brand and business strategies. This included six years at membership organisation D&AD as Director, Education & Professional Development, and subsequent spells as OD Strategy Lead, Europe at digital ad agency SapientNitro, and Senior Project Manager at consulting firm 100% Open.
Williams will be managing the firm's growth strategy in the EMEA and Asian markets. She spent four years at Firefish, rising from Research Manager to Director of Digital, and more than five at Vision Critical in roles including Senior Research Manager.
The company rebranded from Dub to Further last month, simultaneously changing the brand name of its community platform IdeaStream to Together. It is now online at www.go-further.co .
