Delineate Hires Leet for New Chief Client Officer Role
In the UK, research and insights firm delineate has hired former YouGov exec Ben Leet for a newly created role, Chief Client Officer, focusing on growth for the firm's custom research, content and measurement services.
Founded last year by James (JT) Turner, London and Manchester-based delineate works exclusively with marketing and communications teams, using a proprietary approach which focuses on audience-led insights; original research-based content; and evidence-based impact. Leet joins from YouGov, where he served as UK General Manager, overseeing the sales, marketing and client services teams. Prior to this, he worked for mobile survey specialist Dalia Research as European MD, and he held the same title at online sampling and technology company Instantly (previously known as uSamp). Earlier, he held senior client facing roles at Ugam Solutions and Toluna.
Commenting on the appointment, JT described the role as an 'important strategic milestone' for the company, adding: 'Ben brings a wealth of research experience and a track record of client growth to delineate, which will help us to scale our early success'.
