Dentsu Aegis' Fetch Creates US CEO Role
Fetch, a mobile-first agency owned by Dentsu Aegis, has promoted Guillaume Lelait to the newly created position of US Chief Executive, based in its San Francisco office.
The company also has offices in London, New York, Los Angeles, Tokyo and Hong Kong, and offers a range of services including digital and mobile video, paid social, display, search, creative and mobile marketing. Its proprietary FetchMe dashboard monitors billions of mobile user interactions to provide insights into the mobile consumer.
Lelait (pictured) joined in 2011 as Group Account Director in London, and two years later relocated to San Francisco to expand Fetch's business in the US. For the last two years he has served as Managing Director, overseeing the San Francisco, Los Angeles, and NYC offices and a team of more than 90 people across the country. Earlier, he worked for Publicis-owned mobile marketing agency Phonevalley and he was Mobile Project Manager for mCommerce site Fnac.com.
In addition to overseeing all US operations, Lelait will now take on increased responsibility for the alignment of Fetch's 'mobile first' approach within Dentsu Aegis Network Americas. He will also identify and evaluate possible acquisition targets in order to broaden the range of services the agency provides to clients. James Connelly, Executive Chairman and founder of Fetch, comments: 'Guillaume has built Fetch in the US to be the most established mobile-first agency in the country. Under Guillaume's leadership the agency has achieved phenomenal growth while booking landmark digital economy business. As our US business matures, Guillaume is the perfect candidate to take us to the next stage in order to capitalize on our ambitious vision'.
