BMG Hires Sainsbury's Exec to Expand Employee Offer
In the UK, full-service agency BMG Research has hired former Sainsbury's Employee Insights Manager Claire Gevaux, as it aims to boost its presence in the sector. She will be based in the firm's London office.
Founded in 1988 and headquartered in Birmingham, BMG Research delivers market and employee research, customer insights and public perception surveys to both public and private sector clients. Gevaux (pictured) joins with fifteen years' MR and employee insight experience. She spent the last nearly six years at supermarket chain Sainsbury's, where she managed the flagship quant employee insight survey, led the transformation of the insight survey with new methodologies, expanded a program of face-to-face meetings between staff and directors, and oversaw panel tracking and an omnibus survey. Before Sainsbury's, she worked as Senior Research Manager at the Central Office of Information (COI), Senior Strategic Analyst at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, Research Manager at ORC International and Senior Researcher at Ipsos MORI.
In her new role, Gevaux will work closely with the senior team at to take forward the agency's employee insight offer.
