Ascribe and Pop Offer Verbatim-Rich DIY Research
Verbatim analysis and survey software company Ascribe has teamed up with DIY survey platform PopResearch to offer users consumer feedback 'in just 24 hours, for less than $5,000'.
The partners say Ascribe's software solves the problem of verbatim comments, which are 'insight-rich but very difficult to analyze and often go unused'. The software analyses verbatims coming in via Pop's platform, and links the sentiment in them with associated topics to reveal themes and opinions.
