Ipsos Names New Country Manager in Saudi Arabia
Ipsos has appointed Rami Abudyab as Country Manager of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, based at its office in Riyadh.
Ipsos launched its first online panel for the Middle East in 2012, in Saudi Arabia - a move which coincided with the opening of Ipsos Interactive Services (IIS) MENA. Known as the Rewarding Panel, the service is conducted in Arabic and English and provides panellists with a forum through which to voice their opinion, earn points and receive rewards.
Abudyab joins with more than seventeen years' experience in marketing, strategy, business development, market research and project management. He began his career at Orange in Jordan, where he latterly served as Head of Strategic Marketing and Research. In 2008, he relocated to Dubai where he was appointed CMO for the Middle East for mobile marketing specialist Mobilera, overseeing the firm's research and marketing initiatives. Later, he joined Palestinian telecoms firm Wataniya Mobile as Senior Advisor to the CEO, and since 2014 he has been Program Director for the United National Register of Damage (UNRoD) in Jerusalem.
