Bisnode Sells Off 'Charity' CRM Platform
European analytics company Bisnode has sold its SaaS CRM (customer relationship management) system Charity to Stockholm-based IT company Softronic. Terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
Charity is used by Swedish non-profit organisations and international charities operating in Sweden, to understand and build long-term relationships with their donors, and communicate with their target audiences.
Bisnode CEO Magnus Silfverberg (pictured) says of the sale: 'The divestment of the Charity CRM platform is a natural part in the strategy we have set out at Bisnode. With this divestment we are focusing on our core business, to deliver world class data and analytics. Softronic will continue to develop the platform and support the customers in the best possible way. Bisnode is happy to continue serving the Charity platform now as a data provider'.
Bisnode has operations in eighteen countries and is online at www.bisnode.com .
