Red Carpet Becomes Altiant, Expands to Barcelona and UK
Stockholm-based affluent sample specialst Red Carpet Research has changed its name to Altiant, while opening an office in Barcelona and establishing a presence in the UK. The firm has also made three hires.
Altiant enables large scale, quant market research for clients in the luxury goods and wealth management sectors. The company provides validated affluent and high net worth (HNW) sample through its proprietary panel LuxuryOpinions, while offering acces to a suite of fieldwork solutions.
In Barcelona, Meryam Schneider joins as Vice President Marketing & Partnerships, having previously worked as an Associate Consultant at brand positioning specialist Cutter Consulting, and spent eight years leading global marketing initiatives for the Centurion card at American Express in London.
Chris Wisson takes up the position of Strategic Senior Analyst, Research & Development in the UK, joining from Mintel where he served as Senior Food and Drinks Analyst and briefly worked as Head of Research - Canadian Market. Earlier, he was a Commercial Business Analyst for M&S supplier Park Cake Bakeries, and a Research Executive at Synovate. Altiant says it will be setting up a London office later in the year.
In addition, Plamen Illiev joins as Senior Project Manager in the firm's Bulgarian operations team. He began his career at Bulgarian Online Research, where he latterly served as Senior Project Manager, and more recently served as Head of Sales at computer networks company IPI Services.
