Software Firm JDA Opens Customer Experience Center
In the US, supply chain software provider JDA Software has opened a customer experience center, which will showcase the firm's innovations in artificial intelligence, machine learning and robotics.
JDA's solutions help companies optimize delivery to customers, by enabling them to predict and shape demand, fulfil faster and more intelligently, and improve customer experiences and loyalty. The new JDA Customer Experience Center (JXC), located in its HQ in Scottsdale, Arizona, will serve as a space for customers to see, touch and interact with future supply chain innovations.
In the lab, the firm will demonstrate its recently launched JDA Luminate portfolio, which features innovations created with technology partners such as dunnhumby, including advanced analytics and personalization services. The lab will also offer access to the company and partner KPMG's AI and cognitive computing skills across the supply chain; along with JDA's augmented reality solutions, through which visitors can learn how store associates can use AR technology to better understand planogram compliance. Additionally, JDA offers a virtual reality demonstration, which allows visitors to use a VR headset and handgrips to manipulate a planogram as if they were in a physical store.
Desikan Madhavanur (pictured), EVP and Chief Development Officer, comments: 'Our vision for a connected, intelligent and autonomous supply chain is fueled by the innovations showcased in the JXC, leveraging the best in artificial intelligence (AI), cognitive computing, augmented reality and robotics. Now customers can experience these in person first-hand when they visit our headquarters and we can strategize with them on how to apply these innovations to their future digital supply chain projects'.
