New Leaders for IAB Australia

Industry body IAB Australia has appointed News Corp Australia's MD of Digital Revenue Cameron King as its new Chairman, replacing Nicole Sheffield who announced her resignation from News Corp Australia in February. REA Group's Libby Minogue becomes Deputy Chair.

Cameron KingKing's appointment is effective immediately and he will serve in the role until News Corp's Board Chair tenure ends in September. Minogue is Executive General Manager, Media and Content REA Group, and her IAB role is a new one intended to give the Board additional depth and to help manage increased IAB Council activity and output.

King (pictured) joined News Corp Australia ten years ago and has worked in senior commercial positions - he was promoted to MD, Digital Revenue in September 2017. In his IAB role he will work closely with Minogue and with CEO Vijay Solanki. Minogue brings more than twenty years' experience in the media and entertainment sector in Australia and the USA, and before joining the REA Group was National Director of Integration and Content Partnerships at MCN.

King comments: 'I'm looking forward to continuing Nicole's work in driving forward a number of important initiatives that impact IAB members, including measurement, standards and transparency, and working with Libby and the rest of the talented and supportive IAB Board'.

Incorporated in July 2010 and one of more than 43 IAB offices globally, IAB Australia is online at www.iabaustralia.com.au .
