Socialbakers Adds to Audience Segmentation
Social media monitoring and marketing platform Socialbakers has upgraded its Audience Segmentation offer, integrating social and other digital data sources to give users insights into the interests and activities of their audience, as well as 'the influencers they trust'.
The firm was launched in 2009 in the Czech Republic, and today boasts more than 2,500 clients across 100 countries. In the last year it has added the 'first' benchmarks for social media advertising performance and video performance; and launched an AI-based Instagram prediction tool.
The new service identifies the different personas within an audience based on their behaviour and interests, allowing for targeted, 'right-time' communications activated from within the Socialbakers Suite.
CEO Yuval Ben-Itzhak (pictured) says of the new release: 'Marketers are pulling in audience data from multiple sources like social, web and their own e-commerce, but combining it to identify audience personas is a real challenge.
