Lightspeed Opens in Korea, Sharpens Focus on China
Kantar agency Lightspeed has opened an office in Seoul, Korea, as well as announcing a stronger focus on China with the Promotion of Jeff Tsui to MD Greater China.
Tsui, who has been VP Greater China since 2016, will report to Global CEO Caroline Frankum. He joined the company in 2009 after working at Mindshare APAC; Nielsen HK and Datamonitor UK.
'In a market where there is a clear shift to 'local giants' we need new ways of thinking through smart solutions in China for China,' said Frankum. 'Strong, experienced local leadership is therefore critical and Jeff brings that.'
