Integral Ad Science Acquired by Private Equity Firm

In the US, advertising intelligence specialist Integral Ad Science (IAS) is to be majority acquired by Vista Equity Partners, which invests in software and tech-enabled businesses. Terms of the deal have not been disclosed.

Headquartered in New York City with offices in thirteen countries, IAS is known for its TRAQ Scores (TRue Advertising Quality), which evaluate the quality of media environments. The firm is also Media Rating Council accredited for its cross-platform Sophisticated Invalid Traffic (SIVT) detection, as well as for viewable ad impression measurement.
