QuestionPro Buys Workplace Culture Analyst WorkXO

In the US, online survey software provider QuestionPro has acquired workplace culture management tech company WorkXO for an undisclosed sum.

WorkXO has developed a model for measuring and analysing workplace culture, and a methodology for ensuring organizations remain committed to managing it. Since its launch in 2015, the WorkXO platform has been integrated with QuestionPro's survey technology, which offers tools for creation, distribution and analysis of surveys, as well as a platform for polling, tablet-based mobile research and data visualization.

As part of the deal, WorkXO will be the centerpiece of the QuestionPro Workforce product line, with WorkXO founder Charlie Judy (pictured) serving as President. QuestionPro CEO and founder Vivek Bhaskaran comments: 'The WorkXO team has developed and perfected a people-science around culture that is revolutionary.
