Survox Enhances Multi-Mode Survey Platform

Survey technology firm Survox has made more than a hundred enhancements to its multi-mode platform, with new features including advancements to cross-study quota controls and improved international study support.

Survox offers phone data collection solutions, along with a unified platform for respondent targeting and survey execution across a mix of modes - phone, online, and IVR. Its platform, which is comprised of fully automated (IVR), CATI and CAWI surveys, now also offers more flexible web themes, improvements throughout the jQuery and JavaScript libraries, improved respondent voice file management, and new sample workflow options.
