Critical Mix Acquires UBMobile
Sampling and data collection provider Critical Mix has acquired mobile-based research tech and services company UBMobile. Both are part of consumer insights holding group Reimagine.
 Reimagine's portfolio of companies also includes PureSpectrum, Earningstation, iGain, PopResearch and MarketSight. UBMobile was developed to give brands solutions for building interactive, mobile-first communities and collecting stated and behavioral data to provide deeper insights into the consumer journey. The technology is also designed to create a more engaging participant experience on mobile, tablet and desktop devices.
Critical Mix says the addition will expand its own collaborative insights solutions through UBMobile's proprietary technologies and methodologies including LifeTap app, Gesture-Based Surveys, geo-location and in-the-moment research, and path-to-purchase 3D Insights.
