Atlanta's Compass Brings Back Company Veteran Wyatt
Steven Wyatt has rejoined Atlanta, GA-based Compass Marketing Research (CMR) as Vice President, with a remit to lead the business's 'evolution' and guide future growth.
Compass offers recruitment services and focus group facilities, and is colocated with its parent company, Marketing Workshop. The firm has particular expertise in food and beverage research, and in recruiting and understanding Hispanic consumers.
Wyatt worked at US research firms Jackson Associates, Mid-America Research, Focus on Food and Focus Pointe Global for 2-3 years apiece before joining Compass for a first spell in February 2009, as Research Director. He was promoted to Senior Research Director in 2015 and stayed for a total of seven and a half years before moving to MMR Research Associates as Director of Research Operations in 2016.
Wyatt says the company's success 'is due in part to our staying in tune with clients' needs, remaining relevant and knowing when to pivot', adding: 'We are in the midst of one of those crucial places in our business where we are defining the next level of 'meaningfulness' as it relates to accommodating research needs and providing clients with proactive service. I'm excited to be in a position to lead that initiative with our team, and to share the outcome with our clients'.
